Jamie Hale, MS, is an experimental researcher and exercise and nutrition consultant, specializing in behavioral nutrition and cognitive science. He is recognized by the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame for his work in strength and conditioning with martial artists. Jason Biggins is a small business owner, writer, and graduate student in kinesiology at University of Texas of the Permian Basin. He started strength training at the age of 15 and has been passionate about fitness ever since. Jason has worked independently as a personal trainer. Jesse Irizarry

Jesse Irizarry is a former Division I strength and conditioning coach. For multiple years, he worked as the head strength coach for three conference-champion teams. Jesse is now the owner and head coach of JDI Barbell, one of New York City's only dedicated strength facilities, specializing in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and general strength and conditioning. JL Holdsworth

JL Holdsworth is a world-champion powerlifter, grip-sport competitor, and former member of Westside Barbell. His competitive best lifts include a 905-pound squat, 775-pound bench press, and an 804-pound deadlift. Along with his lifting achievements, JL holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science and is a former University of Kentucky strength coach. He founded The Spot Athletics in 2011, which has grown into two, 20,000-square-foot private training facilities, where they train athletes from youth to pro, as well as general-population clients. He also cofounded Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) and consults with many major collegiate, NFL, NHL, and other professional sporting organizations to help them maximize performance.
